Metanoia Limited offers three types of coaching: 1 on 1 as well as group sessions.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is Metanoia Limited's best known offer and promises a significant return on the time invested.

 

It is not uncommon for executive coaching programs to lead not only to personal learning and growth for the target executives, but also to the development of the organization itself that they are responsible for and have influence on.

Who should apply

Executive-level personnel with authority and responsibility for their organizations and subordinates, from senior management to business managers.

Project and team leaders and managers are also eligible for executive coaching.

Expected Outcomes

Without exception, those who receive executive coaching rediscover their own strengths and idiosyncrasies and have the opportunity to develop excellent leadership skills. They also see potential for growth and development beyond the scope of their current activities and endeavors, and sometimes this is realized during the coaching period.

Approaches

Regular coaching sessions (60-90 minutes) are conducted, usually for a period of about 6 months. At the beginning of the program, a sponsor meeting is held to understand and share the purpose and expectations of executive coaching, and 360 interviews are conducted with the subject's subordinates, colleagues, and superiors to objectively understand the current situation and explore future possibilities. The content of coaching varies widely depending on the subject's environment and future goals. In some cases, we go beyond the scope of the business or job to discuss personal perspectives and obstacles.

Structural Consultation

It is an unparalleled and unique approach developed by Robert Fritz, who single-handedly pioneered the field of structural dynamics.

 

Every person has a structure, and the underlying structure determines all behavior. Structural consultation is a way to reveal the invisible structure and change it as needed.

Who should apply

All individuals who are prepared to seriously explore and think through their own reality with determination

Expected Outcomes

You can expect to gain deeper insights into your own reality than you would otherwise gain, and experience lasting change

Approaches

Structural consultation is usually completed in a single session. Prior to the session, the subject may be interviewed and analyzed for patterns in his or her own life. A follow-up session is conducted after the session to ensure that the changes have taken hold

Mentoring Program

Sometimes, as a result of strategic planning or other consulting services, significant changes in people and organizations come about that require follow-up. Mentoring is a means of providing any consultation by conducting individual 1-on-1 sessions.

Who should apply

All professionals in the midst of significant change

Expected Outcomes

You can expect to be unfazed by important changes, both large and small, and to turn sometimes complex and significant challenges into opportunities for personal growth.

Approaches

Mentoring is provided over a period of 3 months to 1 year through individual sessions of about 30 minutes each to reflect on the work, make key decisions, and take stock of reality.
